Abstract: Minimum 200 words and maximum 250 words Full paper: A maximum of 5000 words excluding abstract, figures, tables and references in minimum 5 pages. But the complete paper should not exceed 8 pages. Papers exceeding 8 pages will be charged USD10 or RM40 per page. |

All accepted papers will be published in E-Conference proceeding. Selected papers will be published in SCOPUS / Indexed Journals with additional fees.

Authors are responsible for proofreading their own papers. The conference secretariat is not responsible for any editing work for the paper. Papers with extensive errors (grammar and spelling) will be returned back to authors without review.
Articles previously published, under consideration by another conference or journals, and with pre-existing copyright may not be submitted for review and consideration.

Late Paper Submission
Papers submitted after 15th June 2019 may not be included in the conference proceedings.
